Exercise Demonstration & Technique Video Series

In order to help you prepare for your trek we have enlisted the help of two health and fitness specialists, Barton McGuckin and Luke Richmond, who will guide you as you train and prepare to enjoy the trip of a lifetime.

1.  Six week Fitness Program & 1:1 Virtual Coaching Session
2.  Six week Nutrition Program & 1:1 Virtual Coaching Session
3.  Guidance and support from our fitness and nutrition specialists for anything health & fitness related

Where To Start

  1. Read through both the fitness and nutrition plans, and watch the videos to learn how to correctly do the recommended exercises.
  2. Complete the Fitness Score exercise to determine where you are at.
  3. Now that you are better equipped to ask questions and get the most out of your virtual 1:1 session, contact us to schedule your coaching sessions with Luke and Barton. This will bring you to our Fitness and Nutrition Registration Form. Please fill out all required forms. Once you have completed this form and signed it, the top right-hand corner of your screen will indicate a green DONE button. Please select that button and your form will be sent automatically to us. We will then contact you to set up your session with the Specialists!

We understand that each guest is unique and may prefer differing fitness and nutrition plans. We have put together upgraded training plans for guests who wish to have a more hands on experience. If you are interested in upgrading, please contact your trip manager.
