We also know that for many travelers, the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic continues to spell uncertainty, leading some to postpone travel plans or even cancel them altogether. For this reason, World Wide Trekking is issuing the following COVID-19 Assurance to all of our guests, so you can book your next adventure with confidence:
Changing Trip Dates
In the event that COVID-19 related government travel restrictions in your home country, or the country that you are planning to travel to, force you to reschedule a trip date, you may transfer any previously made deposit funds, free of charge, to another trek date of your choice (scheduled trips only, not custom dates).
World Wide Trekking guides and local operators have always striven to be leaders in cleanliness and safety. Just as we have done since the pandemic’s beginning, a time when we continued to offer treks in Southern Utah, we will continue to follow and enforce strict and cautious travel procedures.
World Wide Trekking Guest Support
When you register for travel with us, the World Wide Trekking team members will guide you through your adventure from start to finish. Before your departure, we will assist you in preparation by providing simple, clear steps to follow. Then, as your trip comes to its conclusion, we will schedule a COVID-19 test for you, making compliance with travel requirements as simple and smooth as possible.
We strongly encourage all our guests to purchase appropriate travel insurance when traveling, and recommend AIG Insurance.
