COVID-19 Guest Payment Policy 2020

Due to the situation with the COVID-19 crisis, we wanted to extend comfort and reassurance to our guests. It is important to us that you feel comfortable in your investment when signing onto a trip. Please call us if you have any questions or we can help reassure you during this difficult time.

  1. Sign onto any of our upcoming adventures with no upfront deposit payment. Send us in your member agreement and we will hold your space until your trip grows near.
  2. We will collect a 10% deposit 60 days prior to departure so we can make sure all your room reservations and other services are confirmed for your arrival
  3. Full payment will now be due 30 days prior to departure to give you the reassurance that your trip will be running in a comfortable time frame.
