Due to the constantly evolving COVID-19 pandemic, we wanted to extend comfort and reassurance to our guests. It is important to us that guests feel comfortable in their investment when signing onto a trip. Please call us if you have any questions or we can help reassure you during this difficult time.

Our Commitment to Your Health and Well-being

Flexible Payment Policy                                                                                                

  1. Sign onto any upcoming adventure that starts prior to January 2022 with no upfront deposit payment. Send in a completed member agreement to confirm your space.
  2. We will collect a $500 per person deposit 90 days prior to departure to assure all necessary room reservations and services are confirmed for your arrival.
  3. Full payment will be due 60 days prior to departure.
  4. In the event the trip is postponed due to COVID-19, your deposit will be credited towards future travel.
  5. We recommend you purchase ‘Cancel For Any Reason’ travel insurance: Ripcord Travel Insurance
