COVID-19 Guest Payment Policy

Due to the situation with the COVID-19 crisis, we wanted to extend comfort and reassurance to our guests. It is important to us that you feel comfortable in your investment when signing onto a trip. Please call us if you have any questions or we can help reassure you during this difficult time.

Temporary Payment Policy                                                                                                                                                       Our Commitment to Your Health and Well-being.

  1. Sign onto any of our upcoming adventures with no upfront deposit payment. Send us in your member agreement and we will hold your space until your trip grows near.
  2. We will collect a $500 deposit 90 days prior to departure so we can make sure all your room reservations and other services are confirmed for your arrival.
  3. Full payment will be due 60 days prior to departure.
  4. In the event the trip is postponed due to COVID-19, your deposit will be credited towards future travel.
  5. We recommend you purchase ‘Cancel For Any Reason’ travel insurance. Ripcord Travel Insurance
