WWTrek Cancellation Policy

All Trip deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please Purchase Travel Insurance to protect your payments.

Other payments made to World Wide Trekking will use the following refund rules apply based on departure date (minus the non-refundable, non-transferable deposit):

• 180+ days prior to departure: guest will be refunded in full, minus the nonrefundable, non-transferable deposit.
• 90–179 days prior to departure: guest can be refunded 50% of the amount paid, minus the nonrefundable, non-transferable deposit.
• 90 days or less to time of departure: guest will be charged 100% of the price, regardless of circumstances of cancellation.

• $1000 Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable Deposit at the time of booking.
• 180 Days Prior – 6 months – PAID to 50% of the total invoice
• 90 Days Prior – 3 months – PAID in Full
